Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

HR Capabilities

We have used the HR HelpDesk and ZipRecruiter. It is my intention to use the Employee Handbook feature, but I have not done so yet. The HR HelpDesk and the HR Podcasts have been extremely helpful.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have used RUN by ADP for over 10 years for PayRoll (and ADP 401k) - we have been with them as they've evolved and offered more and more HR supportive products to us and have helped us to stay compliant with both Federal and State law changes over the years. I have used the HR Podcasts to maintain my knowledge as well. We did have a past payroll service as we first started the business and changed to ADP due to too many continuous mistakes by the prior company. I am happy to report that it has been an excellent choice and there have been few-to-none issues since doing so.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Ease of use of the platform for reporting payroll.
Ease of use for employees via the ADP App.
Ease of integration of both PayRoll & 401K services.
Storage of reports for 3 years.
Accuracy of quarterly filings for State Fund collections via payroll.
Hours of operation for support are adequate.
Additional available services are helpful.

Cons

We've occasionally had issues with re-hires or with e-mail addresses.

Return on Investment

Having this as a service has meant not having to need another employee to do the work and quarterly reporting that ADP does for us.

Employee Self-Service

Every single employee has the Employee Access Portal and/or the App - they love it and I love it. The welcome e-mail for new employees helps them to set it up and have access to see their pay and their 401k. The self-service capability is really great. We used ADP well before this option was available. It is a great addition to the service.

RUN ADP Mobile App

We ALL love the Mobile App - all employees use it.

Time Saving Features

We do use the features of Quarterly Filings and it is very helpful to have ADP doing this for us rather than having to have our bookkeeper or Accountant doing it. Very Cost effective and accurate.

Alternatives Considered

Paychex Flex

We started the business almost 20 years ago and used a different service platform. Due to continuous errors with both PayRoll & 401k we switched to ADP for both services. ADP RUN made the switch as painless as possible and we have been happy for many, many years since. ALL areas of ADP RUN have been helpful and easy to use... without errors. I can relax and trust the service.
