Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

We have not utilized other features in HR
I used RUN Powered by ADP for payroll and also to file and pay tax agencies

Pros

  • payroll entry is user friendly

Cons

  • email as user id is an issue
  • I have W2 employees that also have 1099 contractor status depending on what they are doing
  • would like the ability to speak with someone with questions
  • filing and paying tax agencies - our accountant needed to research to confirm what was paid
Having the employee add their info streamlines the process for the Payroll person
We have definitely saving time using this feature however would like to have a higher comfort level with ADP to know that all filings and payments are issued on time
