Overall Satisfaction with RXNT
We utilize RXNT's billing platform to bill for our 29+ radiology sites. Man hours and manual posting of payments have completely been eliminated for payors that are enrolled in ERA's. IE some of our payors, average ERA payments are $200K and above with 500+ pages. These are now auto posted with RXNT w/in minutes, specifically 20-30 mins.
The need for hands on mailing statements and reviewing the statements are eliminated also since it is now all electronic and digital with the integrated payment system for our patients to access via RXNT statements. Our revenue for patient payments easily have increased in margin.

- In general, turn around times on some questions related to claims on the support portal.
- Engineering and posting issues can be handled with more focused resolutions
- Significant reimbursement from electronic claims have increased

OnStaff was outdated in all terms of billing. I am relieved to be no longer using Prime Clinical Systems/OnStaff.
