Overall Satisfaction with RXNT

I use RXNT as the EMR and scheduler for 13 of our current clinics.

Pros

  • Oraganized
  • Easy to use
  • Easy to teach

Cons

  • Aesthetics could use some work
  • To many steps for simple processes.
  • Easier way to check in check out
  • Still working on recovery of cost. We are new to the system.
  • Don't have any hard numbers yet to compare with past programs.
Being fairly new we are still getting used to the program.
