Overall Satisfaction with Sage Accounting

We are a small business services company. We use it for our billing and accounting purposes. Problems? Keeping our books in order and allowing our customers to be invoiced properly and to easily pay their bills.

Already explained. Somethings are good, and somethings are very difficult. And somethings that should be automatic just aren't there.
Sage Accounting is definitely more 'professional' and much more rigid. QB is much more user friendly.

So far it is very detailed and easy to supply customers with the information they need. Also, one of the Sage support staff has been fantastic. Transferring data into the program/profile has been an absolute nightmare. Customization is either just not there or extremely confusing.

Lauren Lam. That's all you need to know. She has been the most helpful person I have ever experienced with any online support ever! She is an absolute rock star and she should be recognized. Never met her. not a friend. She is nothing short of spectacular. And I would have thrown this program in the bin if it wasn't for her.
