Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We utilize Sage Intacct to keep clean records to provide information to decision makers. The decision makers previously did not have any good information on the results of their decisions. After implementing Sage we now can report to decision makers to our company can be more effective. This additional information has significantly increased our production.

Pros

  • Custom report writing.
  • Accounts payable.
  • Accounts receivable.

Cons

  • Canned reports not showing enough detail.
  • Support helping dig into problems deeper.
  • Increased our focus on the right segments of our business.
We configured many custom reports that have allowed us to report specifically what our decision makers want.
