Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct has been a game-changer for our finance team. The platform is incredibly intuitive once you get the hang of it, and the level of automation it brings to day-to-day accounting tasks has saved us countless hours. From multi-entity management to real-time dashboards, everything feels seamless and modern. The reporting capabilities are exceptional—being able to slice and analyze data with dimensions has given us insights we never had before. Integration has also been a major win. Connecting Intacct with our other systems has been smooth, and the open API makes custom workflows easy to build. Our month-end close is faster, our data is more accurate, and we feel more confident in our financial visibility than ever.

It is not as intuitive and doesn't work well with Office products. The system can be a little difficult for a new user to get on board with so that makes it difficult to add people to the team. The training is very broad and helps, but so much training gets into work time.
