Overall Satisfaction with Sales Performance Management solutions from SAP SuccessFactors

We use Sales Performance Management solutions from SAP (SPM) for our incentive administration across our enterprise. This allowed us to get out from under home grown solutions and spreadsheets for many groups. We also built custom workflow to solve the discretionary pay allocation process we were manually handling through excel.

We heavily use the hierarchy features and other partners across our enterprise use what we produce
