SAP SuccessFactors is a suitable tool we ever used and experienced for smoothening the Sales operations. It helped our operation team to calculate the margin and incentive. Incentive management and tracking the sales performance of sales person is easy to track. It also helps to identify gaps in the lead to sale and the performance.

It maintains hierarchy obviously as when some person makes sales the incentive/compensation calculation can not be same for each individuals as well as for every product sale. so these can be customized by the supervisor or by higher authorities. claim for compensation also maintains hierarchy for approving the fund release.
1. Automated most of the tedious tasks.
2. As it stores real-time data so the analytics is so accurate that it helps in forecasting the demand.
3. HR and finance department are relaxed as the compensation management is so easy and automated.
4.Risk is less for fund release as multiple hierarchy can be maintained for approvals
we automated most of the stuffs so that we can focus more on operation and strategy planning. Also for strategy planning this application provides sufficient insights to the sales data for accurate view. The forecasting and demand analysis is easy as well.
