Overall Satisfaction with Salesboom
We use Salesboom.com CRM mainly to manage our lead-to-invoice process. Our sales people use the CRM to qualify leads, and nurture business opportunities. Our sales environment is based on collaboration (team-selling). Usually more than three sales people are involved in selling to clients; therefore it is very important to be able to share customer data amongst them. This is what Salesboom does very well for us.
Pros
- Sharing customer data with sales people.
- Managing multiple price quotations.
- Great at intelligent sales forecasting.
Cons
- The billing and invoicing needs a bit of improvement.
- We would like to see more ERP-like features.
- The customer self service portal needs improvement.
- Lead qualification process is quicker than other CRM vendors.
- Very positive ROI on marketing campaigns.
Better interface and much more user friendly. Also the support at Salesboom.com is awesome.

Yes - Sometimes we need help within an hour. This is why we pay 15% premium.
Yes - We reported few bugs last year and they were fixed. One of them however took over a week to fix.
We had one of our sales people delete all his accounts, contacts and leads. Unfortunately the manager had accidentally given this user the power to do so (admin). We contacted Salesboom.com and they recovered us in few hours.
