Overall Satisfaction with Salesflare

As startup CEO, I have the financial and commercial responsibility of the company. I use personally Salesflare to manage deals with customers (in B2B), with distributors and with investors. In my case the need is to have a tool that is easy to use, flexible and simple to integrate with the other tools I use.

Pros

  • Create simple workflows
  • Add accounts and contacts
  • Manage deals

Cons

  • It could be useful to notifications of events in a more structured way
  • The main positive impact on my business is the speed up of customer engagement process
I was able to learn how to use the tool really quickly and switch from my mobile to my PC without any additional effort
