Salesflare is a great CRM with a great team behind it
Overall Satisfaction with Salesflare
SalesFlare is our main customer relationship management system. I must have it on my phone to upgrade my notifications, and it remains open on my computer when working. As my primary CRM, it helps me keep in contact and stay up to date with my correspondence with clients. Having a quick way to organize my communications and clients helps me maintain a better workflow and keeps my mind focused on what matters: quality work.
Pros
- Email alerts, being notified when a client or someone in the network contacts me, are amazingly quick and beneficial
- Email sequences, being able to automate my basic emails, helps me save time
- Team collaboration is important in maintaining a good workflow
Cons
- My app is always logging me out; that is my biggest pet peeve
- Would be nice to add a single domain for email alerts; having to add email addresses one by one is frustrating but not a big deal.
- Not a fan of dumping AI on everything
- SalesFlare has helped me maintain relationships with clients.
- Being on top of client management and communication can be tough; SalesFlare makes it easy.
- Getting notifications quicker about things that are important has sped up our workflow and improved client retention.
Honestly, after using many of these tools, I quite prefer Salesflare over them. The price to functionality ratio makes SalesFlare a home run. Where many tools nickel and dime you on add-on features and expensive plans, Salesflare has a great pricing structure and gives you the tools you expect after reviewing their website.
