Salesforce advertising studio is used in our organization for lead generation which makes it a relatively easy task to create new leads with more efficiency, moreover, we market new products to our customers on an individual basis which creates a good experience. It also helps us to engage with inactive customers which results in great marketing.
- Up selling and cross selling current customers.
- Better lead generation.
- Awareness for active customers and engagement with inactive customers.
- User interface is complicated and not marketing friendly.
- Price of the product is kept on the upper side.
- Email look different between different email clients which varies quite a lot.
- Engagement with customers has increased which increased the ROI.

- Easy lead generation helps in decreasing the turn around time.
Salesforce advertising cloud is easy to use with drag and drop functionality through which we can create professional-looking Emails. The user interface is good but it only lacks is the learning curve which is more and is not easy to understand by marketing people. Other than that, it is a great tool.
