Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Analytics

We us InsightSquared Salesforce Analytics to guide our sales team. The software is easy to use and provides a great graphical interface. I believe using this BI tool allows us to be more efficient and make more money.
  • Allows you to see your Sales Funnel
  • Allows you to predict Cash Flow
  • Allows you to work on what is important in your business
  • The User Management area could be easier to use.
  • The Filtering options could be made simpler.
  • The full screen option would be better if it didn't require a computer interface.
InsightSquared Salesforce Analytics is more automated than Klipfolio and the reports are already created. All you have to do is review them.
As long as the price is competitive, and I see value for my business - I plan to renew my subscription.
The automation of data collection is great. This makes to tool easy to use. It works best if the data is reviewed at least once per week by the entire team.
