Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Analytics Cloud
Salesforce analytics is used across all divisions of our company, mainly by product managers, accounting managers, and marketing managers. It’s mainly used to address how successful our salesforce is across regions nationally as well as determining the financial or customer funnel for target growth products and new innovations.
- Building dynamic tables - you can easily categorize and adjust reports.
- Creating valuable graphics for key data.
- Migrating sales or part information from most major POS systems
- More robust, modern selection of graphics. Specifically, expand the current selection of funnels or create a sub-funnel feature.
- Ability to dynamically link graphics to data tables realtime
Salesforce analytics cloud was selected for its client management capabilities that were already setup internally. As an analysis tool, Tableau was the most valuable tool, but it didn’t have the CRM capabilities of the Salesforce ecosystem.
