Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce CMS

We use Salesforce CMS for our customer and sales data base. We can see contact persons per Client. Potential possibilities. Already sent out pitches. Project that we already had or have with the respective client. Contact details, company details. A sales pipeline. A pitch pipeline. How much volume in sales we already have with the client.

Salesforce CMS is good to use, it is scalable and you can personalise anything. You can easily look up companys or projects and have all the details directly in one view. The data dashboard can be extracted and its information used for any kind of meeting or reportings. It can be plugged in to / connected with other systems
Salesforce CMS stacks up as a Customer management system because it has a more user friendly snd intuitive interface. The UX is better and more modern. It can be customised and extended. There are always learning opportunities and updates for the system so it keeps on developing itself to the newest standards and needs. You can integrate a lot of different things. Its a cloud based system.
