Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce CMS

We use Salesforce for employee management, payroll, attendance, documentation, scheduling and more. We use it on a daily basis, make outgoing calls, incoming calls, store and manage employee data and more. Without Salesforce and its robust design and support, we would not be able to operate efficiently.

  • Could integrate an option for dark screen
  • Work more efficiently without too much downtime
  • User support, knowledge base and community is great
  • On the expensive side
It has all the features we need to get the job done. It is very complex and it may require additional training for new users, but never had issues with training other employees.
I did not make the decision to use Salesforce. However, I am happy with its current implementation to manage our employees.

Salesforce is great for large-scale enterprises due to it's cost and implementation. So, depending on the company size and the type of work, it may or may not be good for you.
