Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce CMS

SalesForce is used to manage our sales pipeline, focusing on deal velocity, channel partner relationships, and our MSP customers. We use this software for current customer relationships as well as potential customers. Salesforce simplifies and unifies all information related to customers, products, and sales cycles. It is used heavily each day.

  • Poor communication when using the workflows.
Salesforce is a tool that requires initial training and is specific to each organization's build. It is not a plug-and-play system. Often, the information required by each organization is unique, and it can be difficult to know what sections or pieces of information are needed. It can also be unclear what to do when receiving a notification of "unable to save."
Salesforce is magnificently more robust and functions much better when managing complex sales cycles with multiple individuals and products. With simple sales cycles and few products, Excel is a strong contender.

Salesforce is well suited for medium—to enterprise-sized organizations that are growing and need access to a tool that can facilitate the management of sales cycles, contacts, current customers, and reporting. When an organization is smaller, it may have too much information or be overly complex, and a smaller solution would suffice.

Using Salesforce CMS

450 - Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, engineering, development.
2 - Salesforce training and certifications. Our support staff have several years of experience building and using the platform.
  • Sales.
  • Customer service.
  • Document management.
  • Workflows for documents.
  • Internal vertical collaboration.
It will be too difficult to change to a different software. We are fully integrated, and if things are not working well, it would be way worse to try to move to a different platform.
