Overall Satisfaction
- Great at managing leads, tracking pipeline, and forecasting
- Great at collaborating on deals with colleagues and using Salesforce as the system of record for all prospect/client touch points
- Needs to be more mobile friendly. The application is not optimized for mobile devices and, as I spend a lot of time on the road, this is frustrating. I know this is a development priority for Salesforce, but it is a significant issue that needs to be addressed.
- Similarly, the offline edition of Salesforce is very limited and can be frustrating to use.
- Needs a better UI. The UI has not been updated for 13 years and it's really showing its age. There is an expectation today that a modern business application offer a more consumer-like user experience.
- Time saving by having real-time access to the most up-to-date info about a prospect/client without having to communicate directly with team members for an update.
