Overall Satisfaction

  • Great at managing leads, tracking pipeline, and forecasting
  • Great at collaborating on deals with colleagues and using Salesforce as the system of record for all prospect/client touch points
  • Needs to be more mobile friendly. The application is not optimized for mobile devices and, as I spend a lot of time on the road, this is frustrating. I know this is a development priority for Salesforce, but it is a significant issue that needs to be addressed.
  • Similarly, the offline edition of Salesforce is very limited and can be frustrating to use.
  • Needs a better UI. The UI has not been updated for 13 years and it's really showing its age. There is an expectation today that a modern business application offer a more consumer-like user experience.
  • Time saving by having real-time access to the most up-to-date info about a prospect/client without having to communicate directly with team members for an update.
I've used it for 13 years and have had a great experience. I'm not aware of anything else that meets my needs better than Salesforce.
I've now used Salesforce at 5 companies
