Pros
- The customization options are wonderful. Every time we had an issue, we were always able to fix it through the customization (or code) options.
- Collecting lead and marketing information through web2lead is easy and comprehensive
- Third party integrations makes it easy to work with email providers, marketing automaters, etc.
Cons
- Sometimes things are hard to find in the interface, but once you get used to it, you realize it is only because they offer so many great options
- Easy to collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams. Makes our ROI trackable.
