Pros

  • The customization options are wonderful. Every time we had an issue, we were always able to fix it through the customization (or code) options.
  • Collecting lead and marketing information through web2lead is easy and comprehensive
  • Third party integrations makes it easy to work with email providers, marketing automaters, etc.

Cons

  • Sometimes things are hard to find in the interface, but once you get used to it, you realize it is only because they offer so many great options
  • Easy to collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams. Makes our ROI trackable.
Nothing else I have used comes close to comparing. Salesforce is an industry leader because it is a great product.
Though Salesforce may be more expensive than some lower-end comptitors, it is worth the money to properly manage marketing, sales, and all steps of the funnel.
