Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce.com

We use Salesforce.com in almost every department across our organization. It is a great tool that allows us to store our data and integrate with other systems to perform our necessary tasks. SF is used primarily by our sales teams however, marketing is also a very large user in the system.

  • Robust to handle very large companies with many different demands
  • Customizable
  • Can sometimes be difficult to integrate with other systems
  • We have been able to get leads in front of the sales team much faster with SF
  • There is a lot more viability into what leads are in the funnel and where they are in the funnel
SF is the first sales tool I have used in my professional career.
We have been very pleased with Salesforce.com so far. It has met or exceeded all of our expectations and we are continuing to fine tune the system.
I think that Salesforce.com can scale from a very small instance to a very large instance. The price on the system is probably the largest factor when looking into SF.
