Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce.com
Our Sales, Account Management, Business Development, and Marketing teams are the primary users of Salesforce. Sales uses the product to generate leads, produce new opportunities and eventually sign new business. Account Management picks up the ball once Sales has closed the deal, they track and respond to client needs through Salesforce and continue to generate business growth opportunities. BusDev adds their input and assistance to both teams through Salesforce' collaborative tools. Marketing uses the Lead and Contact pool as the primary source for their campaign efforts.
- SalesForce is extremely adaptable. Our business model doesn't align with the default structure of SalesForce, but with little effort we were able to make it fit nicely.
- Customizations of tables and fields is a breeze. The admin interface is well designed and fairly intuitive.
- If the Out-Of-The-Box features don't quite meet your needs, there are a vast number of plug ins and extensions available in the app market.
- The inability to join multiple tables places some limits on internal reporting.
- Increased Sales efficiency.
- The ROI is much better than our previous CRM system, perhaps that's why SalesLogix has fallen out of favor.
