Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce.com
Salesforce.com is being used by our sales, marketing, and customer support departments within our organization. We use this to gain full visibility of our prospect and customer activity, not only with our sales team, but with our SaaS product. We get usage data pulled into the system so our reps and support teams can get the visibility they need to manage our accounts.

- Needs a lot of extra plugins.
