Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce.com

Salesforce.com is being used by our sales, marketing, and customer support departments within our organization. We use this to gain full visibility of our prospect and customer activity, not only with our sales team, but with our SaaS product. We get usage data pulled into the system so our reps and support teams can get the visibility they need to manage our accounts.

  • Integrates with many tools via API so you can get custom data imported and sync between marketing automation systems.
  • Fully customizable to fit most business needs.
  • Needs a lot of extra plugins.
  • Need a fairly technical resource to build out complicated apex triggers.
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Better customer service and visibility
  • Faster lead conversion.
A very small business might not need a tool as robust as Salesforce. I don't see why any small, SMB, or large scale enterprise would not use Salesforce, but I have no experience with other CRMs.
