Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce.com
Salesforce is being used across our entire organization. We use it to track new leads and opportunities, forecasting, and closing business. We find the reporting tools very useful as well. At a company this large, having everything in a centralized location with assigned people for accounts is absolutely critical. Can't imagine not having Salesforce.
- Tracking opportunities and closing deals.
- Having new leads and contacts to generate more pipeline.
- Ability to pull reports.
- Our Salesforce is extremely messy, due to the large number of accounts. The ability to eliminate duplicate accounts easier would be helpful.
- Confusion about working out of leads/contacts.
- Reports aren't always accurate.
- We are able to send contracts for signature directly though Salesforce.
- I am not spending as much time tracking down previous agreements or contacts for a company.
- We can forecast our deals with much more accuracy.
Salesforce is the only CRM I have used, so I do not have much insight to how it compares to other CRM's. With that being said, Salesforce is the industry standard for a reason. The complaints I have about the product are acute compared to the benefits I receive daily.
