Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Salesforce is being used by my site within the organization to control the stream of customers and clients that come through our organization. We are planning to roll out its use to all sites next year! It has helped direct the pipeline and streamline all of our delegated tasks. We also like how we can keep track of all customer and consumer information on the same platform as our other tasks. This is really beneficial when working from home so that we do not need a lot of tabs or browsers open to get the same job done. We had used other platforms but Salesforce is much more streamlined and efficient than others we used before. I haven't been stressed managing our inventory and orders as I had in the past.
- The best feature we have used is managing our help desk requests that we get nonstop throughout the day. We get notified when it has come in, been solved, and any follow-up needed.
- Tracking donations for our charity events and non-profit aspects has been streamlines and more efficiently tracked. Again, having this on the same software as the other features makes Salesforce unbeatable.
- The automation and adaptability of Salesforce is a unique aspect of its software!
- You need to have a solid internet connection to make all the functionality possible, which, at times, has created problems as people are working from home.
- Occasionally we have encountered delays in the reporting that we expected which has thrown off our timelines. But it has been rare.
- The need for training, experience and time using the system can make this a difficult switch to make. You need to be invested in changing and using it to take the time and effort worth it.
- Huge time investment benefit. Once we learned it we have spent less time on the same tasks.
- More streamlined processing led us to higher sales potential.
- Keep track of more leads, got more leads.
