Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is used across the organization. The marketing department trains and helps set it up but each department uses it for their specific needs and marketing goals. It helps focus on creating and delivering good email campaigns. It is easy to keep track of leads and filter email lists, etc. It is a good online tool to prepare marketing campaigns.

It is good to set up an email campaign to go out to certain list of people. It may not work if you have a unique template or files that aren't compatible. Sometimes I had trouble editing the email list. Connecting it to our main website for lead tracking is helpful. I recall some disconnects here and there. I'd like it fully integrated.
