Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Sales Cloud

Salesforce Sales Cloud is the best tool for sales activities in daily activities of business. It helps to get leads from Salesforce, which helps Salesforce to drive faster as compared to other CRM. This really brought change in our company.

Also when there is validation of contacts is to be done it is also been managed by Salesforce which extremely helpful for working so, it is best experience you can get for Salesforce Sales Cloud and it also helped to reduce the bounce in the company.

Pros

  • Controlling bounce rate and reaching out to prospects
  • Managing of contacts are much easy and responsive
  • Validation of accounts are synced and clearly visible on platform
  • It's connectivity in terms of syncing all activities are great

Cons

  • It can improve more on interface
  • Costing is not easy going for everyone
  • Wide in terms of functions and which need to learned by time and courses
  • ROI is Good as deals are being made in our organization
  • Account church rate is high because it easy to distribute in team
  • Buyer engagement is high as this platform provide better details
I have experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud to be useful while my usage in the organisation which helped me a lot to understand and manage things to make my decisions productive which increases sales and drove the numbers and brings more meetings and closures in the organisation after the deployment of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Not as such platforms in my mind, but Every Sales CRM has thier own advantages and flaws for working Salesforce mainly addresses all issues but it is difficult to compare with others as the unique system of Salesforce while once I use Zoho, which also gives an edge to maintain the data privately to a single user and only admin have the access.
