At [...], I used to work in the middle ware team where data from the customer used to flow from the front end to the middle ware and then processed to cloud services like Salesforce Sales Cloud and netsuite. It is very important in lead generation, contact management. It has visually appealing reports which analyses the customer sentiments which is helpful for market growth
