Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Sales Cloud

Salesforce Sales Cloud helped us increase sales productivity. It has a tool to maintain the history of conversations with the client.

Pros

  • Tool to main the history of the client conversation
  • Sales manager can track the status of the sales progress
  • Bar-chart and Pie-Chart gives a clear picture for the users

Cons

  • Customer care service should be improved
  • Troubleshoot can be easier
  • License cost can be reduced
  • Centralized sales data helped us to find loyal customers. Because of this, we can allocate quality time to the actual needed customers.
  • Pie charts and bar charts help us visualize data and save time.
While using these tools, we have improved our sales and client data management. Managing things like client schedules, pipelines, automated sales, and marketing was easier.
