Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce CMS

Salesforce CMS is the single source of truth at our company where the most important data in regards to our customers are stored.

We have a huge amount of users of our product, and to be able to gather, structure, clearly tailor the customer cards to how we want them are critical. This does Salesforce CMS very well. Easy shareable with everybody.

Cons

  • The cost for support and setting up the system is very high
  • The UX is not sometimes the best
  • More use of AI in terms of manual work, filling out stuff
  • Huge improvement in task efficiency on a hectic sales schedule
  • Big improvement in collaboration cross departments (Marketing, SDR, Sales and CS)
  • Quotation is super easy to structure, edit and send to customers (usually takes significant amount of time)
I've used Salesforce CMS for many years and once you learn the layout and where everything is, its very hard to turn away from it. All information is very easily accessible, sharable, and I get an overview that effects my efficiency greatly.

Everything I need, is inside Salesforce CMS, or I can integrate with critical systems which is a must in todays tech-stack.
Salesforce CMS is by far more capable to be tailored towards the need and critical aspects based on how our org is structured and work.

Integrations are also great! Critical data is easily being synced with other tools in tech stack.

By all departments with customer interaction using Salesforce CMS, we getting a much more efficient and collaborative org.

In the best of ways I strongly recommend Salesforce CMS due to the tailoring of the system it self. Its awesome in that way and truly are critical for enterprise companies thanks to its amazing capabilities for collaboration and giving easy access to the information you need. Its no necessary for small orgs due to the complexity or the system and cost of setting it up.
