Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Starter

Salesforce is a great platform for building sales leads and working together as a team. I would recommend you set up the dashboard before officially using the system, as it can get complicated if you don't know how to use it. The system and staff are very friendly and helpful in building a great sales funnel and lead generation.

The system is very user-friendly on a desktop but lacks mobile friendliness. The Customer relationship manager disappears after the deal is signed. We struggled to get the system in a usable format, which was not cost-effective. The CRM system on desktop was great but way more complicated than it should be.
The Zoho system is free and gives a long trial product. The salesforce brand is well known, and I wanted to try a good European crm product. The account manager was South African and very friendly. The system was trained on a demo, whereas Zoho did not offer an account executive to show a demo.

The sales executive used it to track client info on the cloud format and to keep client liaisons on file. New business development, email generation, and lead harnessing were the main objectives of the platform.
