Overall Satisfaction with Salesmate
I use it every day to manage the relationship with my customers. It's deployed on a small scale, since it's a individually owned company. All my client base and data is safely stored on it to allow my to manage the e-mail, activity, offers and deals. I wouldn't be able to be so effective if I wasn't using salesmate.

- If we could see the files in the customer history, even those exchange in e-mails, it'd be great

They are amazing. They usually answer within five minutes. They have an extremely available and competent second level support. They are really open minded - They allowed me to use a functionnality from the superior plan for free for a few days! Could not be happier with a customer support.
If you need to have a system that helps you manage your customer without crushing you under an immense amount of tasks/workload, Salesmate is the best in my opinion. The functionalities allows a great deal of management and ease the work greatly. I use most CRM functionalities and I couldn't be more satisfied. I probably save 2 to 5 hours a week using Salesmate.
