Overall Satisfaction with Salesmate
We use Salesmate as our Sales CRM, to manage and control the Sales Process. We've been using Salesmate for a couple of year succesfully and we like the possibility to customize the Sales process for our different need (we have 2 business units with 2 differente process + many different activities going on).

Salesmate was a good trade-off in pricing, features and possibilites: we started with a very simple pipeline management and then we slowly added some new features that we were already paying for in the basic/pro level. No need to upgrade to higher cost solutions to have full functionalities. Support is super-quick in fixing and helping
