Overall Satisfaction with Salesmate

We use Salesmate as our Sales CRM, to manage and control the Sales Process. We've been using Salesmate for a couple of year succesfully and we like the possibility to customize the Sales process for our different need (we have 2 business units with 2 differente process + many different activities going on).
We also use Salesmate for simple Marketing activities and Marketing automations

Salesmate is simple to use. People fell comfortable in navigating the different screens and the system provide the correct informations, has easy-to-set filters and views to personalize your navigation and the look and feel.
Pipeline are easy to be read even for non-expert or non-sales.
Reports are easy (sometimes too easy)
Salesmate was a good trade-off in pricing, features and possibilites: we started with a very simple pipeline management and then we slowly added some new features that we were already paying for in the basic/pro level. No need to upgrade to higher cost solutions to have full functionalities. Support is super-quick in fixing and helping

Well suited for Sales Process and managing the sales pipeline, both in a product company or service-led sales process. Good to manage Customer Relationship in the Sales Process

Not as good in the Marketing automation and lead automation process or in the neswletter management. In case you have to go full-throttle in the Marketing automation, I will suggest different software
