Overall Satisfaction with Salesmate

CRM, email marketing, text marketing, form submission. Keeps all parts of the business in 1 place and you can grow with it. We currently use smart Flows, contact, emails, text, power dialer and templates.

Pros

  • Easy to manage multiple types of contacts/companies all in the same place.
  • Easy to email or text multiple clients using templated messaging.
  • Power dialer included in the service is a huge deal breaker.
  • Tech support like no other company that I have ever done business with.

Cons

  • Connection with email domain was a little hard to establish but tech support helped out.
  • Smart Flows could be a little more intuitive for those not sure how they work but the tech support helps with that as well.
  • AI integrations are not there yet but I hear that it will be implemented shortly.
  • Having just opened my agency, to have everything in one place with ease of use and great tech support has allowed me to focus on growing my business not keeping up with it.
So simple and intuitive to use. I cannot imagine other CRMs are as easy as this one. I was a complete newbie and this has made scaling my business easy.

Salesmate Support

The tech support team is live and responsive. Just today, I asked about how to do something. The tech team created a loom video walking me through the steps then checked my work before I went on to the next step. When one tech support person is off the next one jumps into the chat. These guys are amazing.

Yes - very quickly. I had a problem with my email needing to be reauthorized. It was resolved within 24 hours.
