Overall Satisfaction with Salesmate

I use Salesmate to help keep my business organized and efficient. I use it everyday for emails, organizing contracts, and automating different processes such as onboarding, and email/text reminders. It allows me to connect my Google Workspace and calendar for scheduling, and it will automatically create contacts for me based on the various platforms I use to get leads. Everything I need goes through Salesmate so that I can have it all in one place.

Pros

  • The customer service is the best I've ever seen from a company
  • The price is very affordable for a CRM with all the same features as the bigger CRM players.
  • The automation features are amazing at helping you stay efficient with your time.

Cons

  • I really haven't run into any features that I don't use or appreciate being there yet.
  • It's really not that expensive for everything it offers. The ability to stay this organize with so many different features is so worth it!
They have so many useful tutorials and guides on how to fully utilize their system, and it's all very easily assessable. I haven't had to use them too much thought because once you have a little experience operating their system, it all flows together so well and becomes easy to use and understand.
I haven't used any other CRM, but from what I've heard from other's that have, other CRM's are much more expensive and they don't offer the sale level of customer support that Salesmate does.

If you have multiple streams of gaining leads, Salesmate will help you stay organize with them all in one place. I've connected my Google Workspace account up to Salesmate and it's the only place I need to go now. If I need to talk to a lead or client, I go to Salesmate because it keeps a history of everything we've done together, has all their business information, and let's me keep notes for referencing back to that I'll easily be able to find.
