Overall Satisfaction with Salesmate

Salesmate is used in our day to day operation across the company. This application replaced our prior pipeline management tool and has allowed us to handle all customer communication on one platform.
  • Pipeline customization including custom fields
  • Two way email integration & click to call feature
  • Incredible customer service
  • Always looking to improve the product
  • Excellent price per user in comparison to some of the other tools available and other tools we've leveraged in the past.
  • The ability to switch between deals directly from within the deal itself
  • Load time could be improved however we have at any given time 180 + leads in the pipe
  • Ability to separate user rights per pipeline, i.e. having two separate team pipelines and each team can only see their leads.
  • Making the switch to Salesmate has saved us a fair amount from our prior service where we had to pay for all the additional features we wanted, whereas Salesmate includes it right out the gate.
  • By utilizing this tool we're able to stay on top of the sales cycle and overall lead flow which directly impacts our bottom line.
  • In terms of ROI if you work the system and utilize the tool as it should then you will make sales.
Salesmate has a lot of similar features and functionality but where I feel they differ the most is the customer service, new feature integration, and a team that actually wants to develop the perfect pipeline management tool. Not only are they more competitive on the overpricing structure but I'm confident we'll be able to continue scaling with Salesmate as we grow the team.
Salesmate is an excellent pipeline tool and I've been very happy with making the switch from Pipedrive. The reporting tool is excellent when reviewing conversions, total sales, and average turn times per stage. I'm especially happy with the ability to download custom reports however I would like to also have the ability to do so with the pre-defined reporting.

Very happy with the customer service and the overall functionality of the program. With new features always being launched and discussed I'm looking fwd to growing with them.
