It's well suited for on-premise SAP applications. For non-SAP and cloud applications, additional solutions are needed with additional licenses, like SAP IAG or Pathlock connectors.

26000 - It's used across all the organizations. Technical administration is handled by IT, and business administration and the main use case is within the financial organization and access compliance team.

Best solution for SAP applications. Existing knowledge in the organization. Talent availability.
Would look for a solution that is system-agnostic. That can connect with cloud and on-premise, and SAP and Non-SAP. I would also look for a better-crafted user interface.
