Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Oil and gas companies are streamlining and simplifying operations by creating intelligent enterprises based on industrialized and intelligent cloud services that enable innovative technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA). Most of the analytics are run on SAP Cloud platforms.

We have leveraged these process to all our departments to get the enhanced results and automatic transformation.

For example, if you wanted to understand which of your customers would respond to a marketing offer, you would need to have a response yes/no column in your dataset. This column is known as your target variable and it represents the outcome you’re trying to predict. Once you’ve selected your historical data and target variable, Smart Predict takes care of the rest.

Once your model is created, you’ll be presented with a model debrief with key information on the model accuracy, applicability to new data, key drivers, and more. At this point, you can use this version of your model to determine your predictions or make a copy and experiment by tweaking the model to drive better accuracy and/or stability.

Data Integration

The data range between two reports [was too] large and was not being analyzed from the other process.
For global report concerns we used many of the processes to optimize the same and were amazed at how SAP Analytics cloud help to improve the process and security across the [environment] Data modeling and on the different level also helped a lot.

Collaboration and Sharing

Sharing and collaboration such as access control, sham modification, transport management really helped to resolve the major issues that happened when some of the objects modified in other regions and resources were unable to to mend the required objects to create a global template which helps with integration. In simple words this is the best sharing process and is secure across the app.

For example, if you want to predict employee employment duration you would use a Smart Predict regression scenario.
