Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud

In my organization, SAP Analytics Cloud is utilized across all business divisions. SAC helped me to explore data in multi-cloud and on-premise sources in order to make informed decisions.

Pros

  • Self-service analytics simplify data exploration
  • Cleansing data automatically improve integrity in insights
  • Machine learning and natural language enables me to make decisions quickly
  • No data science skills needed since it offer pre integrated analytics capabilities

Cons

  • It's only once when SAP Analytics Cloud wasn't processing data integration from on-premise applications. Thanks to vendor support they were able to resolve the issue within minutes.
  • Data-driven decisions enhance better and accurate decisions
  • Self-service analytics tools decrease data processing time
  • Sharing insights in an IT secured platform
  • Centralized BI and analytics tools in one place
