SAP Analytics Cloud is a single cloud-based solution that allows us to use many different powerful tools that have helped us optimize our business processes. We extensively use the data visualization features to get a better in-depth understanding of the unstructured data at our disposal. The analytics features make it very convenient to generate comprehensive reports on our data trends. We have also benefited from the predictive analysis provided by SAP Analytics Cloud.

As we have an SAP-based collaborative environment in our organization, we chose SAP Analytics Cloud. It has provided us with all the necessary functionalities and made it very convenient for us to optimize our business. Although the cost is on the higher side it does provide you value for your money. The customer support has also been really helpful during implementation and usage.

As mentioned earlier, the UI could be confusing and hard to get used to for many people in the initial stages. We had to keep many training sessions and tutorials for our employees so that they could get used to the platform. Although once we are past this hurdle it is one of the best platforms on the market and provides a wide range of features to work with.

Support Rating

SAP has always provided optimum customer support to us, as we have many different applications of SAP under usage in our application. SAP Analytics Cloud is nothing different. The customer support team has always responded with proper answers in a short period of time. Due to this, we were able to implement this platform conveniently in our organization. Also, they helped us with the integration part.

Likelihood to Recommend

When it comes to having an automated cloud-based solution SAP provides an outstanding platform for any organization. It has some of the most advanced machine learning capabilities which provide accurate results. Predictive analytics works great and has helped us to make informed decisions on our business needs. Although, as mentioned earlier, the UI should be made a bit user-friendly.
