Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud

Among SAP portfolios, we rely heavily on SAP Analytics Cloud, which is currently used companywide. It has enabled me to simplify data reports creation through BI, predictive and planning analytics tools.

Pros

  • It has improved visibility on company spending through real-time reporting
  • Offers user-friendly self-service data preparation capabilities

Cons

  • Data import and direct read from the database options for data consolidation from external repositories lack detailed documentation.
  • Combining operational and financial statements aid in planning.
  • Ease of understanding business data by every end user even with no IT know how.
  • Reducing costs for outsourcing external data specialists.
Unlike SAC, Microsoft Power BI isn't a unified data visualization platform and requires to be integrated with external tools to boost analytics.

I use a lot of SAP services and I like they grant 60 minutes prior to purchase to test the UI. There's no doubt SAC has the most appealing UI.
10 out of 10 based on my experience, even though I contact them on rare cases.
SAC has robust means of visualizing data which involves; graphs and tablets. That way, we gain deep insights on data through graphical components. In addition, has embedded AI innovations such as detection of influential trends which help predict future outcomes.
