Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud

Use SAP Analytics Cloud for Analytics reporting and Planning as well. Smart Insights is very good feature which was appreciated by business users. Moreover it is a live data.

Pros

  • Sales orders count by country and time with live data is giving lot of value to the business
  • OTC business users are using heavily to track down the number of orders with the movement time in between plants/warehouse/delivery
  • SAP Analytics Cloud Planning is also providing lot of value to the users
  • Scheduling the analytics report with PDF format

Cons

  • look and feel could be better
  • navigation need some improvement
  • Live data reporting
  • scheduling
