Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud

We are currently implementing the xP&A. This will enable us to forecast in a tool rather than in excel spreadsheets. This is reducing risk within our organization and providing more visibility across the enterprise.

Pros

  • flexibility to build customizations for planning
  • flexibility with reporting layouts
  • integrates well with excel which has been helpful during the implementation process.

Cons

  • more fit to standard examples for planning
  • SAP Analytics Cloud is reducing risk of errors in spreadsheets
  • There is some risk with the complexity of the coding that it is more challenging for the business to understand the process going on behind the scenes
SAP Analytics Cloud is helpful and has reduced risk on the planning side of the Analytics cloud for us.
