Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud

I'm doing SAP Analytics Cloud implementation at many customers. Their issue is having multiple version of excel files to consolidate for Budget and Forecast which create a lot of admin burden

Pros

  • Standarized Templates
  • Flexible
  • Easy to Navigate
  • Provide Structure Data Set

Cons

  • Linked Analysis Between Model
  • Improvement of Forecasting Templates (make sure we can have 2 versions open at the same time). The Rolling Fcst Layout seem to only allow 1 version at a time
  • Load Master Data via Flat File (could be nice) but query are optimal of course
  • Provide Default Code for classic Scripting Requirement i.e Drill-Down
  • Improve performance loading when there is a lot of data and security not required i.e for an Admin User
  • Faster closing
  • Centralized Data
This product is awesome, work and continue to evolve. SAP Analytics Cloud is a great tool for FPA and office of CEO and CFO

Integrated data for client, it provide the opportunity for the client to rethink where the data is coming from. Standarization of templates for Budget and Forecast. Standarized Financials Statements.
