Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba

Resolve the problems we had with registration of external vendors master data and contracts. Excellent approval engine, which we are using a lot in our organization, communication with the vendors via SAP Ariba is going smoothly and without delays.
We implemented the SAP Ariba for our contract management and obtained high level of this in the system of the Coca-Cola Hellenic.

I can recommend for usage in organizations with a lot of contracts and vendors.
Unique database for contracts in the organization, easy searching for particular contract.
Good representation of the workflow and approval process needed for the contract management.
Vendors register themselves and the user interface for that is very user friendly.

It is in line with our IT Long term strategy to use SAP products and their scalability and plan for innovations by SAP AG.
It covers our Coca-cola Hellenic procedures and requirements for contract management system.
One source of true for all contracts, all of them in one data base with easy searching engine.
CMS system has less functionalities for the contract management and is not so flexible and user friendy.
No SAP Solution, which is in contradiction of our company IT strategy.
Full compliance with Internal company security requirements.
SAP Ariba has roadmap and we will follow it up with the lights of our products strategies for development.

Vendor management in case organization has a lot of outsourcing services.
Manage contracts within our company.
Vendors register by themselves and working with a solution is very user friendly.
Less appropriate - complicated approval process, which sometimes takes a lot of time of the contract to be registered in SAP Ariba.
