Ariba is excellent with its functionalities. The user experience is a bit lagging. It should be more intuitive and more self-service. There should not be any training requirements after implementation.

As the backend is SAP ERP, we tend to choose Ariba. That is the main factor influencing our decision, apart from supporting the requirements of our procurement department.
Coupa is very easy to use. The screens are user-friendly. Less adoption time.

We use Ariba buying and invoicing for creating requisitions. Receiving and Invoicing as well. Ariba Guided Buying supports our end users where we are able to add our purchasing rules as well.
