SAP Ariba is being used by our procurement department to carry out their tasks .SAP Ariba has helped to streamline the process and made the process smooth for new supplier onboarding. The integration facility with S4HANA is also good which helps in scalability. It also helps in automating the purchasing process which helps in minimizing the human and manual errors.

- SAP Ariba is easy to use once user has completed the learning curve which is important to understand the functionality in deep.
- SAP Ariba integrates well with other SAP tools like S4HANA which enables scalability due to open APIs it supports.
- The buying portal has user friendly guide which makes it easy for end user to carry out activities.

- Does not support customizations very well which effects specific business needs.
- Users have to go through learning curve which may not be liked by various users .
- User interface is not very great which might give not very good impression in the beginning.
