We currently use SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contracting and Guided Buying.
The product addresses the ability to manage sourcing project, collect and negotiate offers along with ability to convert award decision to Contract Workspace, manage the contract review followed by signature and operationalizing contract with Ariba Guided Buying OR S/4 HANA via CLID.

- Ability to run eAuctions to get the best competitive results
- Ability to manage activities through task checklist, guiding the end user to complete
Cons
- Ability to automatically push the data to external system when the contract is published, reduces manual checks and intervention.
- Ability to revert the contract version types
- Easier ways to reduce the transmission errors to S/4 from Ariba when CLID data is sent to S/4 HANA
- Make the sourcing request form smarter including rules and policies and ability to collate the requirements/demand
