Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement

SAP Ariba Procurement is a stable platform that we acquired in our organization in order to expedite and simplify how we execute our business and improve the way we trade with our partners. We use it in executing our business and it has helped improve our supply chain management process and keep our customers satisfied. It has also grown our customer base as we are able to sell our products all over the world and grow our revenue and portfolio.

  • It has improved our procurement and supply chain management process allowing us to serve our clients better.
  • Has grown our customer base tremendously allowing us to grow our portfolio and expand our revenue.
  • Customer support is available and willing to help all customers in using the platform efficiently.

Cons

  • It's web based and when the internet connection is poor its usage becomes distracted.
  • Some of our less tech-savvy users had a steep learning curve in understanding how to use the platform efficiently.
  • Has improved our invoice management solution leading to prompt payable of our due bills and contracts.
  • Has brought clarity in our procurement process and this improves our relationship with clients and suppliers.
  • Has brought a turnaround in our service delivery bringing efficiency and swiftness.
The platform is easy to use becomes its web-based and what you need is a desktop/laptop device and you are good to go. This easy of usage ensures that its easy to use everywhere meaning that you won't drag or have issues in using the platform.
The vendor offers support either through phone or email and their rate of response is excellent and this enhances the speedy usage of the platform at all times.
