Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement
We're a supplier on the SAP Ariba network. We work with a large number of clients to provide them with custom product catalogues and the exchange of documents such as purchase orders, order confirmations and invoices. The primary departments that make use of it are E-Commerce, IT and Finance. It provides a uniform and unified platform for us to integrate with multiple clients in a much more streamlined way than if we were to work with each individually.
- Customer Service. We have an incredible team that look after us.
- Listening. The team are receptive to ideas of how to improve the network and these ideas are often implemented.
- Standards. Providing a uniform set of rules enables us to onboard and engage quickly.
- Speed of movement. It's a large organisation and sometimes change can be slow.
- Knowledge in front line support is often very sporadic and luck of the draw.
- It's a huge net positive. Clearly it comes at a cost, but if we weren't on the network, our clients would move to competitors who are, as SAP Ariba is vital to what our clients do.
- Coupa and Basware Network
As a supplier, we work with a wide range of providers as the decision is guided by the client. In my experience, SAP Ariba is the best to deal with based on the level of support they give.
